This item was filled under [ Problems Faced by Baby ]

Sometimes baby with cradle cap have reddish scaly areas in her scalp. She may also have redness behind her ears or on the creases of her neck. This is not itchy or creates any discomfort to your baby. It improves gradually on its own. But you can treat cradle cap by using an antiseborrheic shampoo, such as Selsun Blue, and then using a soft brush to remove the scales. Always scrub gently as your baby’s scalp is soft. You can also massage baby oil to remove scales from scalp.
